Established in 1994, Warm Seas Development & Trading Co LLC is an ISO 9000 certified ship management, physical bunker supplier, oil terminalling and oil trading company based out of the United Arab Emirates. Back then, Warm Seas started as a small bunker supplier in Khorfakkan, U.A.E.  But the company rapidly expanded into Ship Owning and ship management, Oil Trading and owns the only onshore Oil Terminal inside the Port of Khorfakkan.  Through the years, Warm Seas has opened offices in Sharjah, Fujairah and Dubai in order to be closer to its clients.  Warm Seas has a track record of revenue out performance, cost efficiency and transparency coupled with a reputation that extends throughout the region.

Warm Seas is a fully integrated shipping company and handles all its technical management activities in-house, having over the years managed over 40 vessels involving every aspect of ship management – from preventive maintenance, budgets and financials to crewing, classification, procurement and H&M and P&I insurance.  Warm Seas has consistently met the highest standards of maintenance, safety and transparency.
